The Transport Manager CPC qualification gives you the certificate to act as a TM, and the TM-Unlocked course will give you the skills, understanding and confidence.
This course is also suitable for Restricted licence holders, to help you understand the systems, policies and procedures you need in place to manage your fleet in line with operator licencing rules.

How do I be a successful Transport Manager?
Your Transport Manager qualification was the first step in your career as a Transport Manager. The TM-Unlocked course will help new Transport Managers settle into and succeed in their role.
The aim is simple - to give you the tools and confidence to run a successful transport operation.
The TM-Unlocked is a three-day session. The tutor is an experienced trainer, an external Transport Manager and a transport consultant.
This will show the Traffic Commissioner that you are ensuring your knowledge is up to date with the latest information and best practice techniques. You will also receive a CPC Refresher certificate when you complete the course (if required).
This course is not only suitable for new and existing Transport Managers it will also hugely benefit restricted operators who often fall foul of operator licencing rules due to them not holding a Transport Manager CPC qualification. Restricted operators are still expected to manage their vehicles in the same way as those on a Standard Operator licence.

As we work through the course, you will build a step-by-step manual to help you put everything you’ve learned into practice. The course covers everything from the systems and software you should have in place to the policies you need to write and maintain as a Transport Manager.
The Role of a Transport Manager
The course will be held over three days. The tutor will take delegates through all relevant compliance areas, processes and best practice procedures. We also include practical elements, such as live workaround checks and creating policies in groups.
At the end of the session, delegates will take away a step-by-step guide on every aspect of their role as a Transport Manager.
